Dir Lower – Acting on the special directions of the Honourable Chairman of Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Dir Lower Branch organized a winter relief activity in response to the prevailing cold wave across the district.
